I recently purchased some shoes via your website. I've been having issues with Plantar Fasciatus and stiff muscles with shoes that get old or are not well designed. I had some ECCO shoes I got from Nordstrom and Macys over the years. They got old and I've been having problems. I searched on the internet for similar Ecco "low hiking boot" looking shoes. It was a difficult search. I found one website that had them posted for a $59 price (way below the retail value). I tried to order them but their online system would give an "ERROR". I later looked up reviews and many warned of the fraudulent nature of that company. It became hopeless as Macys, Nordstrom and even the ECCO online website did not have the shoes i really needed.
Then I found them on Eneslow. I called but the phone number was down and I thought it was another website that was part of that fraudulent company. I was worried and felt terrible that I could not get the shoes I needed.

I then emailed Eneslow on return policy and got an answer. I saw that the prices were great and not "too low" (too good to be true). I decided to give it a try and ordered from Eneslow. The shoes arrived a couple of days ago !!! I was so happy !!! I have the shoes I really needed !!!
I wanted to say how much I thank you and the company for carrying these shoes and for the service !!! Eneslow needs to make a more "professional" web page that looks like it is another regular store like The Foot Locker or Target or Walmart. Also, Eneslow should or could try to sell through Amazon ... just some thoughts. Thank you so much !!!

My favorite shoe store is definitely Eneslow Shoes on Park Avenue South and the new location on 2nd Avenue and East 79th Street. Mortimer on of the owners and his staff always show me excellent customer service and have a wealth of knowledge about Orthotics. My feet never felt so comfortable! The wide variety of styles and colors, fit every occasion. No more unattractive orthopedic shoes, I am cute in my Eneslow's yaaay for Enelsows'. Thanks so much, Morty and the entire Eneslows' staff. I've purchased shoes at Eneslow almost exclusively for several years because of their knowledgeable sales staff and wide selection. Comfort shoes will always be expensive-they are an investment in my walking health and I'm happy to make that investment with eneslow. Eversley and Jason have been rockstars in helping me find solutions for my foot problems.

This is a great store for shoes if fit and comfort have been hard to get in the past. They have the full range of orthopedic shoes from Europe and America. The sales people really know their stuff and they will find the right shoes for you. I have purchased shoes by SAS and sandals from Finn Comfort, from two different visits and I am very happy.

Eneslow on Park Avenue is by far the best, and the largest of the Eneslow shops. There is a decent selection of stylish and comfortable shoes. On a recent visit Carlos patiently and skillfully helped me to "buy shoes for my feet, not for my eyes!" The best part, the shoes look really good, and even better, they feel great!

They are wonderful. Have bought orthopedic shoes here and have always had wonderful people helping me with patience and expertise .

I needed to buy shoes to accommodate my new orthotics. After some searching online, I decided to visit Eneslow. It was great to find such variety of styles in women's size 11. I received exceptional service from one of the staff, King, and the rest of the staff were also very polite and professional.
Eneslow will now be my go-to for all my future shoe shopping.

I always get excellent service, and the salespeople tend to be very patient. This was so two nights ago when I stopped in after work and Sarah assisted me. She was so incredibly kind, and she clearly knew the stock in the store and kept bringing me the style of shoe I wanted in various brands and colors. Her priority seemed to be to make sure I had a comfortable shoe with a good fit that I liked. She was attentive and professional.
I highly recommend a visit to this store. I would recommend that if you are short on time - make an appointment! Especially if you are running in on lunch hour. Eneselow is worth a visit for sure!

Andy was extremely helpful and I was pleased with his product knowledge. I came in with the intentions of trying the “iStep” machine out and he patiently helped my pain issue in my foot. Great service Andy.

Carlos was wonderful, very patient in showing me options for my hallux rigidus. Successfully got 2 pairs of boots. He is great.
