ENESLOW.COM RETURNS POLICY
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy! We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us. We can only apply credit to the original method of payment. We will accept returns on items within 30 days of arrival to you as documented by the shipper. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Please note that hosiery items and all custom work cannot be returned. In addition, all items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
To ensure that you will receive a full product refund, please only return items that meet the following criteria:
- Items must be returned in original box and must be unworn. Please note: We will not accept returns if the packaging is damaged or not included. Do not place tape or shipping labels directly onto the shoebox or product.
- Items are unwashed and unsoiled.
- Items that have been customized, custom-made or embroidered may not be returned for credit or refund. Please contact Eneslow customer service to address any problems encountered.
- We cannot accept returns on undergarments, hosiery and socks.
Any items returned to us that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to you at your own expense. If you are unsure as to whether or not your return is eligible for a refund or have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
COVID-19 Message: Returns should only be sent by UPS.
If we wait until we receive the return item to complete a traditional exchange, we cannot guarantee that the new item you want will still be in stock. Rather, we encourage you to purchase the new item in the size that works best for you and we will reimburse your account as soon as we receive the returned item. This ensures that the new item you want is in stock.
